Chief Bi of the Senior Zhuz, co-author of the 'Zheti Zhargy' legal code, and legendary statesman.

Tole Bi Alibekuly (1663–1756) was a legendary Kazakh statesman, orator, and Chief Bi of the Senior Zhuz. Under Tauke Khan, he played a crucial role in strengthening the unity and governance of the Kazakh Khanate.

Along with Kazybek Bi and Aiteke Bi, he co-authored the famous Kazakh legal code 'Zheti Zhargy'. During the Dzungar invasions, he advocated for unity among the Kazakh tribes and remains an enduring symbol of wisdom and justice.
